ReplyDeleteYou may also wish to check out Mikogo web conferencing for desktop sharing and remote support. It's a freeware app with many features such as recording, scheduler, file transfer, whiteboard, etc.

for desktop sharing I suggest you try http://www.showdocument.com - its a tool that allows document sharing and web meeting in real-time. all the participants in the session see each others' drawing, highlights, etc. It is free and requires no installation.
